How long will it take to receive my Kingtana Mattress?Once an order is placed, we need 1-5 business days to build and compress your Kingtana before boxing and shipping it directly to you. UPS in-transit times vary from 3-5 business days depending on location. We will send you another email with your tracking details as soon as your Kingtana leaves the building.

How do I setup my Kingtana?Unbox your Kingtana on its side next to the foundation or floor, slide wrapped packaged out. Avoid using any sharp object to open the box as you run the risk of unintentionally slicing your Kingtana. We recommend washing your hands after unboxing, your Kingtana mattress box has traveled a long way, and could of made your hands dirty from dust. That way you don't transfer dirt to your Kingtana Mattress fabric in the next step. Position you’re rolled up Kingtana on any solid or slatted foundation and remove the outer layer of plastic wrap, by pulling on the flap ending. You'll notice that your Kingtana Mattress has already started to expand at this point. Note: (If you use a slatted base or slatted box foundation, the slats should not be more than 4” apart for optimal support. Unwrap and unfold the mattress. You will see a loose flap at the top end of the bed, you can pull it straight down and off like a sock. Watch your Kingtana expand and take shape. Note: It may take up to an hour for your Kingtana to fully expand. Any slight odor will dissipate shortly after setup. Also, know that there are no harmful fumes to worry about, as our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified and had to pass rigorous emissions and content testing before being approved to ship to you.

Do I need a mattress protector or mattress pad for my Kingtana?Mattress protectors are a great way to shield your mattress from life's little accidents. Look for a highly recommended brand that offers a waterproof, highly stretchable, hypoallergenic protector made of breathable fabric.
-
How do I clean my Kingtana?Spot clean with mild detergent, and air dry. If need to clean the entire cover, zip off cover. Dry clean or hand wash with cold water, mild detergent, and air dry. Do not put the cover in dryer or washer!
-
Do I need to flip it?No! The Kingtana is layered very deliberately and should not be flipped. Always orient your Kingtana with the white cover facing up. We do recommend rotating the Kingtana 180 degrees every three to six months or so to ensure even wear on both sides.
